There is no way the re-audit of 2008 and the completion of 2009 will be done before Thanksgiviings. The 2009 10K will not be filed until the 2008 audit and 10K are confirmed and then the 2009 audit and 10K will be released... The Sec has a hard on for this company...so many angry shareholders filed scam complaints. I am on the sideline. if i miss the run...a bird in the hand beats two in the bush...after $50k in trading profits i'll take it...
