I'm not sure of any cost to do a filing?........Their reasoning behind it is to "raise money" they don't have. I believe its just a matter of downloading the application. But if this would be true?, I can see the reasoning behind the SEC supporting such nonsense............Its like having a license to run a charity for oneself, and if its incorporated in Nevada or one of the other seven, even better......No taxes!. We should all get into this racket, we could at least level the playing field.
