Do you really expect them to say that they've found oil, without being able to answer, with some degree of accuracy, how much? Until the well is drilled, and hopefully deeper than they said they would drill to start with, there is no way they could put any kind of numbers out, and to say they've struck oil, would indicate that it is commercial, which they probably don't know yet.
