TD still Restricted, Schwab free


I called Schwab and they stated that the shares are free trading now as a number of customers had CAGI in their accounts, so Schwab contacted transfer agent and got the shares switched.

TD wants me to jump through hoops and cost could be $500. Anyone else with TD Ameritrade...and what is the status?
