chopstixkid: If YOU want to know BAD enough then YOU find out accurately what the rule is and please report back to us. Until then, I am going on the assumption that spnge will proceed to nasdaq as planned on fasttrack after they have filed their 10ks and done reaudit.

I am sure that if if spnge could not proceed to nasdaq as it wishes then Deloiette & Touche would have advised them thusly -- already.

So, if YOU want to know, you plese find out.

I am comfortable with the r/s, filing of papers, then we will be on way to nasdaq.
