I understand how he feels...no one wants to discuss that we cannot uplist to NASDAQ now that we've earned the E either.

I cannot get anyone to prove or disprove this, but I've heard it several times.

If we cannot, we need to DEMAND that SPNGE cancel this R/S as it's no longer needed, especially before, we, the shareholders have a clear share structure to base our investment on. We're like Tom Cruise in Top Gun with our eyes closed flying the plane right now. We need CLARITY and I understand ID's feeling of helplessness. I just bought this and already wishing I hadn't.
