well, we are in penny land. it is always buyer beware. but still, here we are, playing it and making money :)

A/S reduction to 100m is a good thing. IMO if they wanted to turn on the dilution pollution engine, they'd have left the A/S at 4B and put out a press release saying 'We are keeping the A/S at 4B to allow control of the company as XYZ has attempted a hostile takeover' or some stupid thing like that.. LOL
