Well, much as it pains me, my vote would be a NO.
I am very dismayed by the lack of progress on
fixing up the web site. The formatting problems
should be very simple to correct, yet nothing has
been done.
This was my first email to NSDM:

As a concerned shareholder, I must say that I am VERY disappointed with
the long awaited addition to your website that provides for diamond sales.
I STRONGLY suggest it be taken down IMMEDIATELY!!!! At least long
enough for certain errors to be corrected. There are problems that could be
cause for legal action by a third party.
When reading the Users Agreement, I was puzzled by the references to
Projectors Canada, and therefore did a little checking. It seems the Agreement
was taken straight from their website at 'projectorscanada.ca', a few changes
were made, and it was plastered on North Star's site. It was NOT EVEN properly
proofread! As follows :
{blah, blah, blah}
Also on the website are minor, but several, punctuation and grammatical errors
in addition to a skewed layout of content.
This is a very poor showing from a company trying to break into the high-end,
highly competitive field of Internet diamond marketing! This also shows rather
misplaced confidence in whoever is responsible for this travesty.
I still believe in the potential of North Star Diamonds, but am very upset about
this latest foul-up.

On Sep. 20, I sent the following:

It is good to see daily improvements on the site, but still some problems.
On the opening page, the gray bar on the left, under the words 'Latest News' is too long.
Important: On the 'Choose a Diamond' page, the Simple Menu that should appear on the
bottom of the page is displayed on the upper right, by the date. This is a formatting
problem probably caused by the Shapes table being too large to properly fit.
This also appears on the Search results page.
On the same page, the wording has been improved, but still missing a period.

Eventually, I will be giving some major overhaul suggestions, but the above problems
should be corrected on an immediate basis.
I was wondering if you could tell me what program is being used to generate
the web site.
