Is diluting shares the only way a company can raise capital? What if this new CEO has great contacts. Home office is in Dubai and he might know people who can help out the company if Sheth as a plan outlined. Who knows, maybe Sheth has tons of money he's gonna put into the company. R/S is not the only option.
