In response to your questions :
#1 - I have searched pr's back to July 8th and cannot find any reference to orders from a Fortune 500 company, so I don't know what you're talking about on that one.
#2 - The fact that they are bidding on contracts is not a guarantee that they are going to get any of them, and no promises have been made to that effect. And, by the way, government contracts in many cases can take as long as six months to be awarded, depending on the nature of the project.
#3 - I cannot speak to whatever conversations you or others have had with Jim Shipley concerning his purchase of shares, but, once again, I would say that you should be willing to take personal responsibility for whatever decisions you have made in relation to your investment in this company based on those conversations.
One point that I would like to make here......The teaming agreement with Powell Royalty, LLC (from yesterday's pr) confirms EXACTLY what Tammy Dunn told me in my conversation with her a while back. She informed me in that conversation that John Finn was in the process of developing business partners in the gulf region for the Smartpipe technology and that we would be seeing pr's in the coming months to that effect.
