SGZH chart..there was a history of naked shorting. The MMs have to "correct" the inventory or else increase the O/S to reflect any discrepancy on the books before up-listing. Someone has to eat any counterfeit shares and it is not going to be the MMs but U No Hoo if the O/S has to hold.
Fails to Deliver chart...type in SGZT and go to the 'dump' screen.
