I understand about contracts being a high priority I don't believe putting up a website would pull any resources away from that activity and is not an excuse, in my view, for delaying if it is then put that as a message explain why the delay or take the message off don't just leave it hanging there floating in the breeze forever. It's frik'n lame for lack of a better term
