Tony, my guess is there is a boatload of shares to dump to raise cash for operating expenses, and the IR folks have been able to line up at least a few investors who are buying this periodically by subscription. So they line up the subscription buyers and feed them a steady diet of shares. I think its these subscription buyers that are preventing this from going to .0001 fast. Lets hope they hold out.
