FWIW (and that's not much), called Eckert today. He did confirm there is an open inquiry, but wouldn't provide any other information. Didn't expect much - his response was consistent with what you get from the state or federal SECs regarding any inquiry or investigation into a company. He did state that there should be something made public in the near future (whatever the near future means).
