"IF" it is being hidden by the company. Can you prove it is being hidden by the Company or is it the Transfer Agents policy? I don't think either can be proved.

Your are correct, that it should be available to the investor, unless they ( company ) can prove that it is in the stockholders best interest to keep the information confidential and the SEC approves a CT Order. And no it's not a form, I was wrong.

And to date the only CT-Order approved for the company is:

So as much as anyone can say the TA is Gagged, anyone can say it is the policy of the Transer Agent not to release the information on the O/S, unless you know something the rest of us don't.

I'm not saying either one is good. It's just that the arguement is unprovable in either direction. Each uses their arguement for their own goals/interests.
