Recovery Inc. (ORRV) (PINKSHEETS: ORRV), a marine salvage and exploration
company, today announced it has hired Peter Tobia as a full-time consultant
overseeing investor and public relations as well as other corporate matters.
"I have done extensive due diligence on many public maritime salvage companies
and RSOPS is, in my opinion, the most professional treasure salvage team in the
treasure recovery business," Mr. Tobia said. "The company has amassed
comprehensive archival research and has a number of well developed projects. I'm
particularly impressed by the fact that company has a world class salvage ship,
the 110 foot RV Beacon, and is equipped with the latest cutting edge technology;
we're ready to go."

web site lead generation, analysis of viable international treasure
opportunities, treasure business development and marketing of historical
treasure and artifacts.
His collection of authentic 17th Century treasure chests is among the largest in
the world. He has assisted in the creation of two Florida maritime heritage
museums -- the History of Diving Museum in Islamorada and Pirate Soul in Key
West.
Mr. Tobia holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rutgers
University. He also holds a New Jersey Professional Engineer's license as well
as Real Estate licenses with Thorpe Sotheby's International Realty in Vero
Beach, Fla., and Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty in Sea Girt, N.J.,
and specializes in luxury waterfront properties.
Potential investors and current shareholders are invited to view the company's
newly revamped Web site at http://www.rsoperations.com. Existing shareholders
are asked to register their e-mail addresses in order to receive timely
information. The new web site includes weekly corporate and treasure salvage
updates and a shareholder forum.

companies. The company is continuing its shallow-water activities while also
beginning to develop deep-water shipwreck projects around the world.
