Am I missing something? Isn't there a significant dilution coming? Shouldn't the stock price be going down? Unless you're day trading, seems like buying into this rally is not a great idea. Might not the public offering price be significantly lower than the current market price?.

I'm on hold. Just curious as to what other (long term) investors think.
