It's just my opinion but NEOM has to be moving on more than just the charts.

The cmf came from being VERY negative to VERY positive in a short period of time. The accum/dist has turned straight up. The rsi was way oversold and has moved more toward the positive, but it has a long way to go before it is overbought. Volume is continuing to grow. It all happened so quickly after a steady downtrend.

This appears to be more than a technical move,but again JMO

(should have been overbought)
