Just want this straight...

If the restated financials done by Robison and overseen by D&T say that the company did in fact make 5M and 50M in 08/09 and profit was about 1M/10M in 08/09 then this stock is legit and it should go up to about .40

On the other hand if the D&T assisted restated financials say it was MUCH less this stock has been a scam, we're all roasted and we learned another good lesson about pennies?

Is that basically correct on the state of the 10-K? And if we never get a 10-K it was indeed a scam.
