By the end of the year this will be the best lotto play - right sector - goverment, state and local, no matter what Rich says, will be pushing to get hard working folks to work, become greener. No R/S split until at least this time next year. MBB may have dilluted and not issue many PRs, but hard work and getting things done does not mean PR every movement.
This is good for shareholders and he has said no R/S that would hurt the investors. Do not ask for a link find it yourself. In the past I would have preferred him to inform shareholders instead of leaving them in the dark - but I think i see a light now.

Dig sorry to disapoint, but not the same MBBLLEG - I liked him a whole lot. But someone is close!
