Skibum ... thanks. I have read yr message real carefully. What I did find rather strange was that they had to go back to the previous holder of their financial records to recover their data. My impression was that this individual was no longer active for the company but was still in possession of their data???
However, a company with clear blue skies ahead will also need to account for its financials. I remember from the wire that noone is to be affected by the opinions of other parties since the company clearly states therein that their word is factual on the contractual status with their clients. This has a very affirmative futuristic financial outlook that aims at securing their business status squaring away doubt among investors. And this part actually sets a new pace for the company for restoration of share price(s) irrespective of what may have happened in the past.
Finally, the second part of yr message. I have no problem with a company on the fast rise. If their IT business is outstanding it will go like fire. But if that would be the result of unclean business, evidence would need to be held agst the company. Is there any?
The conversation seems a positive to me. W/o transgressing any SEC rules he may have given away a message thru his cordiality. Be back.
