This is from the IVOI board and released in 2007 I think, and it clarifies that IVOT is actaully a spinoff of IVOI. Take a look. There are other PR about it on both boards I think.
iVoice, Inc. Announces Intention to Spin Off Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. To Shareholders

iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOI), announced today that it intends to distribute to the Company’s shareholders shares of common stock of its subsidiary Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. When completed, this would be the fifth common stock subsidiary dividend issued by the Company to its shareholders including Trey Resources, Inc., iVoice Technology, Inc., SpeechSwitch, Inc. and. DeepField Technologies, Inc.

The iVoice board of directors authorized management to pursue a strategy designed to unlock the value in the Thomas Pharmaceuticals Acid+All® product line.

Subject to final review by the SEC, holders of iVoice common stock will receive shares of Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. common stock. The payment date will be as soon as practicable after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Form SB-2 registration statement effective. The ex-dividend date will be established by the NASD pursuant to their authority over the OTC-Bulletin Board. The stock dividend will be detailed in a Form SB-2 to be filed with the SEC in the near future. The spin off transaction is not a reverse split of iVoice stock. Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. plans to list its shares on the OTC Bulletin Board.

iVoice Chairman and CEO Jerry Mahoney said, "We are confident that this transaction will provide the two separated companies with the capital structure and focus required for long-term growth and success, which will offer compelling value to the market and enhanced opportunities for both companies." “iVoice will retain its core patent pending technology, including its “Talking Pill Bottle” technology. iVoice expects that its primary business activity will be the licensing of its proprietary technology. iVoice plans to file additional patents in the near future. Towards that end, the Company is working with GlynnTech to assist in facilitating various licensing opportunities.” “iVoice is still very interested in acquisitions, particularly in candidates that represent excellent growth potential, are in a viable and stable market segment and employ management teams committed to the organization’s success. The prospective acquisitions may or may not be in the same industry as iVoice’s market. The Company still has over $10.9 million in cash on the balance sheet which will be used to fuel our acquisition strategy.” Thomas Pharmaceuticals develops and markets over-the-counter non-prescription healthcare products with a focus on the high-end, branded consumables market. The first product of Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Acid+All®, a calcium-enriched, sugar free, anti-gas antacid tablet, was launched in January 2006 on the January 16th cover of Drug Store News, with an accompanying feature story. The debut of Acid+All® was supported with advertising, sampling, sponsorship, public relations and special events. Acid+All® is targeted to travelers, executives and baby boomers requiring antacid relief. Thomas Pharmaceuticals intends to market and sell additional products once distribution channels are established and the company’s brand name becomes well known. Thomas Pharmaceuticals operates its business from its executive office in Matawan, New Jersey, and distributes its products from a Pawtucket, Rhode Island-based, pharmaceutical contract packer.

Acid+All®, the calcium enriched, spearmint-flavored, sugar free tablets that soothe heartburn, acid indigestion and gas is available at independent pharmacies, major drug chains and online retailers or by calling toll-free at 1-888-922-1959. Acid+All® is available in a sleek, 32-count pillbox. For more information about Acid+All® go to www.acidall.com.

About iVoice, Inc: iVoice has determined that the best way to create shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to implement new business opportunities by distributing shares of spin-offs to the Company's shareholders. The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of iVoice into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies. We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may make financing more appealing to potential investors.
