This is my understanding on certificates and stockbrokers.
There is a rumor that certs are being mailed out and may be mailed in stages, being complete on the 23rd of Sept. From there you call your stockbroker or go to Charles Schwab or whoever you are comfortble with and give them the certs. They will put them into an account for you. You can then wait and let them hold them, which some recommend, or you can sell part at the going rate. Today it closed at 25cents, I heard after the 23rd, it could really go much higher..so don't be in a hurry, if you can help it, to sell all or most.
All the things I hear are...very, very good...and all will be happy with the results that have put their faith into Petro!
