i received the mail with the shareholder-message form jack baker.
it was adressed to exterra with a copy to me and another shareholder which i think was also voting with his shares for the new BOD. in this email i saw that jack baker received the mail from chris mccauley.

if jack baker and chris mccauley are involved to give upda a new BOD, then i don´t understand why all the informatons about "frozen acconts" and that the "management is under investigation in criminal acts" are written as if this would be an new thing for the "Royals". jack baker and chris mccauley are knowing surely what is going on at upda. this could mean that the shareholder-message is just another try to scare shareholders, because the informations in the message are shocking to upda and htog shareholders.

it is really inapprehensible that all three companies are not suspended from trading by the sec, first and foremost if brink really stripped upda all of it´s assets like the shareholder-message will tell.
