Nothing has happened since the last round of Pump. There have not been any permits filed to lay any pipe and time is running out. I wonder if they are going to lose the lease because they only had 90 days from the end of July and not even a permit filed yet for the pipeline? WOW You can go read the Crows run PSA and see where they lost that in February due to non performance. Maybe that is why they are now pumping Eberle, because that is all that they have left.
