I don't know if it will help,,,,but the company I work for does about $15 mil per mos.....I know this as they drill it in our heads all the time with the figures.....Our auditors (two people) come every July to to the audit. They arrive on Monday and leave Friday. This happens yearly.

I don't work for a public company so I have no clue in that regards how long after an audit it will take to prepare the paperwork for any 10k.
