Agreed. I told my broker its manipulation and he said they'd look into where the trades are coming from and make a call to that company to determine if it needs to be investigated further. But he agreed that if it is in fact manipulation, that person's account will be froze and they will no longer be able to buy/sell that specific stock for a timeframe to be determined by the SEC. Said it happens a lot in the penny stocks and to take screen shots of all the trades so they can send it to the SEC if need be. The problem will be gone soon, I'm fairly confident, once the offender realizes he/she could be facing potential jail-time over something silly like this.
