I hear ya, I been here a long time too... I think someone wanted/needed to get out for one reason or another and dumped a significant amount of shares in that 11 - 12 range probably an offline agreement with a buyer. I think if they are finally done, we are free to move up and I think the price will move quite quickly with any kind of volume.

As for WM I think that would be a great target, and a great investment on their part, there are alot of states that are reaching maximum capacity and desparatley looking for a solution, and WM already has structure in place in many areas.
