complaint sent to the SEC on palc

i'm filing a complaint against the MM palc
<pali capital> i just spoke with their compliance
officer joe durso in their NY office .. who couldn't
or wouldn't answer my questions as to where palc got
the shares to *trade* on exph this past monday and
tuesday <9/14 - 9/15>

palc first entered exph back in july <2009>
between july and august their firm did less than 20 Million
shares *total* ..

and yet on monday .. in lock with step with the crookedest
MM on the otc/bb .. <knight securities>

volume done on exph for both days totaled over 575 Million
shares .. palc was in lock step blocking on the ask with
nite .. as well as on the bid ~

this is an egregious abuse .. and quite frankly this retail
investor is sick of the SEC allowing nite securities to
continue on with their manipulation of so many equities

but palc .. doesn't have the shares .. so there is no way
they could be *selling* unless of course it's due the
massive NSS position in exph .. created by those who
utilize the enabler .. knight securities

our markets are a travesty .. it's no wonder there is
