Okay, so what your saying is the Auditor had his licensed revoked, the SEC is requiring SPNG to restate 2008 audits and there is nothing to worry about?

Hmm.. if you hire someone to build a house, and after it is built the City inspects it and fails it. Then you find out the builder wasn't even licensed to build houses... you would not be worried your house might have a problem?
