No more than anyone else, so I guess you could say that until the 10K is released anything said here is "insane clutter".

What we do know is SPNG is now being required to restate their 2008 audit. That means there is something wrong with it which obviously leads any person with any common sense to understand that there is a good chance the numbers will change.

It also means that investors can no longer rely on the financial information for 2008, or 2009. If you consider that "insane clutter" then.. hey.. whatever floats your boat, it's your money after all.. not mine.
