Penny stocks...who knows. But I see it all the time. Often times stocks should take off and it drops, only to take off a week later.

My view on this one is this...float is tiny, company has come through with some crucial advertising, Howard Stern show, revenues are going to increase big time once these start airing. Days like this I just pick up more.
