They stated they are applying for Patent protection for its ACAI Plus Gum and Resveratrol Plus Gum. Based on legal opinion, the Patent will be filed to cover the manufacture of Anti-Oxidant Gum and Gum being used as a unique delivery system for the Anti-Oxidants.

To me it seems that they are trying to move in the right direction... All these posters dwell in the past and give no credit for trying to make up for the past by moving foward in the future...
