The longer I have been thinking about this recent development, I ponder this idea that Vatea gave OXBO "offer they could not refuse", which simply mean: we will give you few millions bucks now, but later you do reverse split the way we tell you so we can grab as many shares as possible (taking into the consideration that you can NOT find any info on these guys in the net)... just thinking out loud...
