Or.... the post split 300 million will be issued to get the

shorts off the hook then a forward split will be done. Sorry,

but are you suggesting that after the late K and reverse

split looming you think this will be trading in the .10 area?

Scenario, SPNGE drops to .05 before split = $5. SPNGE then

issues all or most of their massive 300million a/s post split

to allow shorts to cover WITHOUT causing a squeeze. Then they

forward split it. . . .
