Excellent development, even without seeing the details of the Duchess funding or the JV framework agreement with Biofrontera. Clearly something else is now going to happen with regard to DNAP's share price to facilitate the implementation of the Duchess funding, i.e. other announcements and/or some sort of share restructuring. Whatever form this takes it is IMO great news for existing shareholders. Will have a closer look at Professor Luebbert.
