I do and I am hoping for better days beginning with the open house. If I did not give him the benefit of the doubt, I would have sold, and would not be posting on this board.
The faking of a break-in is not consistent with an open house. I continue to believe that Rich needs to be more careful about what he sends out to the public. I think he needs to read over what has been written and ask himself, is this going to create more questions than it answers?. Investors want factual information with no spin.
I would like to hear from him, for example, the ramification of the loss of a computer, and some reassurance that the break in will not compromise ongoing business activities.
Would also like to hear what steps have been taken to guard against further break-ins or sabotage of any kind, and the status of the investigation.
Perhaps some more knowledgeable can fill me in, but if you have someone on tape committing a crime, can't you just go and arrest them?
