That is the news.
IMO The PO's should be given to the company (WFSV) bye the first of next week. But being in a buisness that deals strictly with PO's Until the paper work is signed off it is not an order. We shall wait and see.
A verbal order is a first step to confirming a PO# signed off and delivered.
Once the word gets out about these contracts and that they are indeed real contracts this stock IMO will step up to another level.
