The skull and bones at Pinksheets was caused by a poster who posted he reported BEHL to Pinksheets and the SEC. I posted the post last week. People will do anything and Dennis knew it because I spent a couple days copying and pasting several messages that were filled with complete lies and slander against him myself and others. That was when he said he would file financials right away. Now let's see if anyone tries to mess with Dennis again. As you saw someone also forwarded to Dale today an article about stock manipulators and how 2 other penny stock companies are suing and going after a lot of people. Dennis can do the same here.

500 not a single complaint I have sent has resulted in a suspension the next day. The SEC does not work that way. The SEC notifies a company, requests documents and the allows the company time to respond. If the response is not sufficient or no response comes at all then they can suspend them if they deem it necessary in order to protect shareholders.

The fastest I have seen any company suspended after I have filed complaint is about 1 month.

Now, I can't say it was my complaint that got the ball rolling just like I can't say it was not. Couldn't tell you if there have been other complaints made about BEHL or that the SEC will even act on it.

Many factors are involved when it comes to SEC action.
