Chart is looking a little better lately.

PPS is now riding the upper Bollinger Band, indicating strength in buying.

MACD has been positive since beginning of Sept.

CMF has been positive since mid-Aug indicating an extended trend in modest accumulation of shares.

We just need some volume to make this work. I don't think we will have to wait much longer. Any news and we're off to the races.
