because those that are selling are trying to get out after seeing this pattern time and time again in the past few years. They just don't wanna be burned again.

If you walk on broken glass, you get hurt and fall, and you get up and try again and you get hurt once again and yet you try again and guess what..you get hurt again. Are you still going to walk on that broken glass once again, expecting something different to happen or are you just going to leave the area?
