Mr. Bartoszek just recently indicated that the permit application will be submitted in about 4 weeks. If you believe what he says, that would mean mid October (not the end of this month). Conventional wisdom around town is that the permit will be rapidly approved by the State of NH (the Governor will not oppose the plant due to the jobs the plant will create). This project looks likes a definite “go” with construction possibly starting as early as next summer. I have to hand it to LLEG, they are about to accomplish something that I personally never thought would happen. Sage, you don't have to say I told you so because I'm already admitting that you were right.
