How about this for a quasi-look at things?

The "310" date of the "0310" could stand for a julian date - that would be 6 Nov 09. (Don't know what the leading 0 might indicate.)

Similarly, "231" of "1231" could stand for 19 Aug 06. Again, don't know what the leading 1 might mean.

Then again, it may be just a code.

Just throwing things out there, waiting for the 10K...better than pacing around...
