Eye, yes, I was not able to find anything regarding quotas as well....however, if I was the CFO of sempra or the COO, wouldn't you want to have an estimate of what your expected revenues could/would be? I don't know you can manage a business? Now you get into resale on the sempra side? How does sempra go to their buyers and say, "Well I have a lot of copper for sale this year, but I really don't know how much its going to be"......Am I making any sense?
