I would suspect the 10-Q to actually be on time this year.

The 10-K is a completely different beast and I believe the Q will be a breeze compared to the K

I don't think D&T would allow a late K followed directly by a late Q.

At least I hope.

Q should be pretty straight forward, right No_bs?
