Hi Mushroom....... the problem is they let the pps rise, and then short borrow the stock at the higher price, then take the pps back down with taking the bid, then lowering the ask, (over and over) by buying and selling their own shares to drive it down until they can buy some panic shares ,or corporate shares as the MM's compete, to fill their call. It fluctuates 20% from the highs to the lows.... certainly worth the short selling activity.... and just like clockwork, over and over for months on end........
