Robert has shown that he is building shareholder value.. He knows that if he dilutes this, there will not be any takers for EXPU. Thats the reason :

1. NO more reverse/forward splits in 2009.
2. TA is open.. you can call and verify the ss.
3. the last couple of weeks has seen no dilution and when the price was going up, if he really wanted to dilute he would have done it now right?

I actually think the float is going to stay this low. The good times are here for the company and the uptrend has just started. Dilution means suicide for the company and he knows very well about that. Just average down if you can bob, we all know where this is headed in the weeks ahead!!
