Not only is the permitting going to be simple, they have a water source of which is responsible usage to AZ's water supply. These guys (GDSM and WSRA) are developing this the right way, AZ has some history with F'ed up mining practices, I am happy that I am not supporting a bad mining company....

1. The Blue Bell mine is patented land and therefore will require only minor state permitting relating to water use issues. To the extent possible, we will use the contained water existing in the Blue Bell mine, which is estimated to be 33 million gallons.
