Matt, I was on that page, because I clicked on the 29.99 package, it showed an invoice of 29.99 less a 29.99 discount for the first month, then 29.99 each month thereafter. It brought me to the three documents which I had to sign, including whether or not I was a professional or non-professional user, etc.

I finished - then it said detecting java and then it quit. I reopened in another browser and tried again -- nothing. I definitely was on the right page.

I know it completed because my info is in there and I tried to "confirm purchase" just in case it didn't go through, and it said "sorry, the trial is only available to new customers" it also shows the date the next billing is and my credit card info is saved. I have never had the service and now it says its only for new customers, so since I went through the whole process that tells me I'm probably signed up. Now what?
