Lack of a PR is why. But scottrade is the straw that broke the camel hump. Notice the decrease in volume since the restriction? How are you suppose to get new money in if there is a NO BUY restriction?

I do not mind the fact that SYNJ puts out PR's once a month this helps keep the pumpers and dumpers out of the stock. What I do mind though is a broker telling me what or what not I am able to buy with my money.
